Global Talent Solution – Policies & Code of Conduct

At Global Talent Solutions, we are committed to fostering an environment that is friendly, safe, supportive, and harassment-free for all event attendees and participants. Our goal is to create a professional, inclusive, and respectful space where individuals can benefit from our events, activities, and global networking opportunities.

This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, partners, staff, and volunteers at Global Talent Solution events and all related activities, whether they take place in person or virtually. Event organizers will enforce this policy to ensure a positive and productive experience for all participants.

Expected Behavior

All attendees and participants are expected to:

  • Communicate Professionally & Respectfully – Whether in-person or virtual, all interactions should be conducted with courtesy, professionalism, and mutual respect.

  • Maintain a Safe & Inclusive Environment – Discrimination or harassment based on gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or other group identity will not be tolerated.

  • Handle Disagreements with an Open Mind – Be open to constructive feedback, alternate perspectives, and civil discourse. Disagreements should be discussed professionally and respectfully.

  • Respect Personal Boundaries & Privacy – Do not engage in unwanted physical contact, unwelcome advances, intimidation, or stalking.

  • Adhere to Event Guidelines & Professional Conduct – Follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions from event staff and organizers.

Unacceptable Behavior & Consequences

  • Harassment or Discrimination – Including but not limited to offensive verbal comments, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome sexual attention, or inappropriate physical contact.

  • Disruptive Behavior – Interrupting speakers, panelists, or attendees, spamming chatrooms, or using event platforms for hate speech or divisive rhetoric.

  • Violating Event Rules & Policies – Failure to follow event guidelines, speaker policies, exhibitor agreements, or security protocols.

Consequences for Violations

  •  Immediate Warning – A verbal or written warning may be issued.

  • Removal from the Event – Offenders may be expelled without a refund and required to leave the premises.

  • Ban from Future Events – Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent exclusion from all Global Talent Solutions events and activities.

  • Legal Action – In cases of illegal activity, the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Concerns or Harassment

If you experience or witness harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to a Global Talent Solutions event staff member at the Help Desk or Security Team immediately. You can also report concerns confidentially via:
